Good hotel, amazing rooftop.

View from the room, helpful staff, rooftop pool.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. After reading everyone else's reviews we were expecting to be sleeping in a horrible hotel with the worlds smallest rooms and elevators that take ages to get to your floor. Well, it was nothing like that. The rooms were a standard size for Hong Kong, but they are well designed and have all the equipment you need. They have huge windows and if your high up they have amazing views. The rooftop pool was closed when we were there, but it looked as though it would be really nice. Location isn't a problem in Hong Kong because of the transport system, and this hotel has a tram stop just around the corner. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport express train station, and the concierge service was really helpful. If I'm ever back in Hong Kong, I'll stay in this hotel.

The location is a bit far from downtown

Room is clean, food is good, people is friendly. however there location is a bit far from downtown. there fore the price should be cheaper. on the other hand, the public bus to downtown is too few, provide more free shuttle bus is better

We choose this hotel named harbour view but we got old apartment view. we must pay extra for upgrade to got harbour view.

very small room and tiny toilet

Although the hotel is new But the room is quite rundown. The room is too small with no cupboard and hangers. The toilet is tiny with no leg or walking space. It is more like a 3 star hotel though the price price is cheap.
