We booked two deluxe rooms for our stay at the hotel but on our arrival, we were informed that deluxe rooms were not available due to maintenance. So as compensation & expression of their sincere apologies, they upgraded us to Royal suite. The staff were very cooperative & helpful throughout our stay. The only negative thing was the breakfast, it was horrible.

nice and clean room, but poor bed and bathroom.
Located in the city, fast and early checkin, good breakfast buffet.

I don't really enjoy my stay at Grand Dafam Merapi Merbabu hotel. They bathroom were poor, and no space between the basin so we couldn't put our toilettries. the shower cabin were opened, without glass door, so the water will spread around the floor. The bed were sucks, only have 2 small pillows. For four stars hotel, I expect more than this.

It has been a relaxing and quiet stay in the hotel
Clean, The staff and food are ok too.

Hotel is located in a quiet area. There is a KFC adjoining the hotel building if you need to find food. However, the hotel is very basic. There are no facilities besides a cafe. The room is also very minimum. Bring your own toiletries as they only provide soap and toothbrush

Not interest to stay again next trip to Yogyakarta

I stay on May 9, 2013 in executive room. I don't think so my room is executive category. Smell, no refrigerator in room, AC not cool, not good view. Oh my God, how come...
Finally, i'am not interest and not recommend stay in this hotel next trip.
