Generally it's a good experience in terms of room size, restaurant selection, food quality, etc. However, the room may need to have pest control as there are ants in many parts of the room.

Favorite hotel in KL

My two year old son and I stayed at this hotel for four days. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We loved our room and spacious bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a HUGE variety of food; the best selection I have seen from hotels in Asia. There was a short 15 minute walk to KLCC Mall that we frequented. A favorite hotel in KL. Would highly recommend.

Comfy clean room at affordable price
Inexpensive 5 star hotel, large comfortable rooms and attentive staff

They initially gave us a twin room when we had ordered a double. Had to call reception and they quickly sorted this minor hiccup. All in all, room was spacious, clean and comfortable however it is not as centrally located as we had hoped. Takes around 10-15mins walk to Bukit Bintang station.
