Great pool, poor beach and housekeeping

Phi Phi Villa Resort had a nice pool, but the beach was not good. It was great to have a quiet place that was still just a short walk to everything. The rooms were decently clean, but housekeeping made mistakes like throwing away the caps of the contact lens case and leaving rags in the room. Poolside towels were often not dry. It was nice to have the porter provided to help with our bags.

Choose another hotel. My girlfriend was ELECTRCTD!

When it comes to a stay I'm pretty flexible. But having my girlfriend electrocuted is where the flexibility stops. They could not find my reservation. Fortunately, she was okay. In order to make a queen size bed they put together two single beds. So the comfortable bed is not true in this case. Also, the horizon pool there is no horizon left because of Buildings in front of it. The lights did not work nor the phone. The staff can be at times unfriendly. Given the cost I would seriously consider other options and probably look at the other parts of the island. But if Its location that you are looking for then you have found it. Sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel!

Okay, great location, services not great

This hotel was okay but not amazing (however I think this is standard of Phi Phi as everything is a bit run down). The staff were not very service centric compared to other parts of Thailand. The rooms are very basic but completely fine. I would definitely recommend staying in the vacinity of this hotel as there are fewer people and you are close to the beach in the bay and there is a lovely outlook (which you wouldn't get if you were closer to the main part of town.

Not the most successful. Attitude of acceptance is not pleasant at all reasonable food and the pool is not clean. We were expecting something else.

The staff at the reception didn't let us check in until 15:00, even if we arrive at 13:00. At the next day, we must check out at 11:00, when the normal way is check in and check out at 12:00. This was for the lazy staff who need long time for clean the rooms, because work very slowly and the people of the reception was very young and very unexperted.
