Quite possibly the best hotel in Thailand

The update of the old girl "Chedi" has been well done. The grand position of this hotel on the beach and it's pool and the overall layout must be a lesson to most hospitality architects. Difficult to fault other than a few useless steps.

Very comfortable hotel but some steep climbs!

Very pleasant hotel which seemed busy without overly so. Great beach which is secluded from the rest of Surin Beach but is only a 10 min walk away. Staff were attentive. Some of the hillside villas have plenty of stairs to work off the meals!

Lovely stay and we really enjoyed the location

The 'privacy' of the public beach. You are hassled less than other beaches in Phuket and the beach itself is great for swimming but can get rough.

Fantastic location ,a taste of paradise !

immaculately clean. The room was modern and refreshing .the views to the sea where spectacular

After reading some of the reviews we where a bit apprehensive......Dont even go there this was a 5 star hotel in asia .the location was ideal .The hotel was at the top of the hill side and decended into Paradise .!!(Yes there was a lot of steps and we did look for a lift ,no there isnt one .)The service was prompt and everyone was there to make sure this was YOUR special holiday . The quality of restaurant food was extremely good ,delicious. the beach and the pool where great ,rolling waves good enough to buggy board .Private enough to feel like it was YOUR own beach. Would go back and highly recommend .
