Very poor hotel,I have stayed at this hotel for 10 years but it needs a complete make over, it was very disappointing and seemed like very few people staying which is a indication.

A big hotel that was run down
The pool and bar area was great to sit around

The hotel looks like it used to be a great tourist attraction with a big grand entrance pool, lounge and bar facilities but unfortunately the up keep is poor and looks like it has been let go. The room we were in was dirty old and not well maintained. The light switches were very dodgy and the shower was tiny! I wore my thongs inside so my feet did not get dirty! The pool area and bar was impressive but again it looks as though it is need of a bit of TLC. Pity as otherwise it has huge potential. If we were staying longer we would have complained and got them to clean our room or moves us.

Would be more pleasant if smoking confined

We arrived late and were allocated a ground floor room. People from rooms either side of us frequently sat outside their rooms smoking. We were forced to move inside our room and close the door to avoid the smoke. Apparently we could have requested a room away from smokers but did not notice this option when booking using the iPhone Agoda App.

Deluxe room was spacious, with balcony overlooking pool. Lovely pool. A few restaurants nearby or quick drive into Yeppon. Older style but was clean. Staff were friendly.

"Good for young people"
Close to Airlie Beach Harbour. Travel Agencies inside so easy to book Whitsundays excursion.

We stay for 1 night and, as we arrived late at night and we departed early in the morning for the excursion, we couldn`t enjoy really much the Hotel. The room was OK for 1 night.
