The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was spacious and equipped with everything necessary. There is a system where you can freely take any additional amenities you need from the lobby. The location is central in Ginza, making it walkable to Tokyo Station, Tsukiji Market, and Don Quijote in Ginza. Above all, even though my journey was to come to Haneda Airport and then go to Narita Airport, the location is ideal for traveling to both airports. I remembered the previous trip when I had to carry heavy luggage through the crowds to get to the hotel, but this time I moved to the airport without any transfers or complications. “Perfect!”
I don't know how old this hotel is, but everything in the hotel, from the rooms to the bathrooms, is brand new and clean. The rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, which I was very impressed with. Breakfast is good, except for one thing: the lady behind the food counter said, "We don't have!" when I asked for an egg to eat with natto and rice.
